The Community Garden Coalition is required by our primary funders, the City of Columbia and Boone County, to collect socio-economic data about our gardeners and their families on an annual basis. If you share a plot with others in your household, please share one form. If you share a plot, but not a household, please fill out the form individually. We will share only your contact and gardening requests/needs with your garden leader; the personal data will remain confidential.
