    Each year, the Community Garden Coalition collects gardener names so we can contact them as well as some basic socio-economic data about our gardeners to help us with various grant opportunities.

    If you share a plot with others in your household, please share one form. If you share a plot, but not a household, please fill out the form individually. We will share only your contact and gardening requests/needs with your garden leader. All other personal data will remain confidential.
