Food preservation season is approaching! Very Massey with MU Extension will be offering three classes covering a variety of food preservation methods. All will be held at the Boone County University Extension Center on Wednesdays, 6:00 – 8:30 p.m.
- July 1: Freezing & Drying Fruits and Vegetables
- July 8: Water Bath Canning—Jams/Jellies, Fruits, Tomatoes, Salsas and Pickles
- July 15: Pressure Canning Vegetables, Tomatoes and Soups
